I'm very excited to announce a return to live classes (remember those?), starting with a FREE Introduction to Nia at Westleton Village Hall on Thursday 3rd June from 9.30am - 10.30am. I will then be holding weekely classes there every Thursday at the same time.
A lot of you reading this will probably know very little about Nia so you could start by reading a short article, What is Nia? You could then follow on by watching a few short Videos. However, there is nothing like the real thing so why not come along to the FREE Introduction to Nia at Westleton Village Hall? If you can't wait until June 3rd, or if you live too far away from East Suffolk, why not try our online Nia Dance Classes? We currently run them every Monday morning, Thursday evening and Saturday morning. You can register online and pay by donation. You will then receive a code for logging into Zoom to access the class. We also have recordings for those who can't make any of the classes. If you are curious, you could always try one of those, again payment is by donation.
However, nothing beats dancing in person with other like minded people. Come and try the FREE Introduction to Nia on June 3rd. No need to book or register...just turn up. No experience necessary. Everyone welcome, any ability, any age (my oldest dancer is an 84 yr old man). The joy of Nia is that your movements can be whatever feels good for you. There is no right or wrong, there is just joyful dance!
Due to covid restrictions, there are limited spaces so please register your interest HERE.
Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul.
